This  recipe of mine is filled with persuasion to every Odia to emancipate his/her own culture. I have travelled the world and speak 6 languages and in this journey have researched on several cuisines. I bring that diversity of styles and flavours to this traditional favourite of mine Chatua which is especially made on Odia new year Pana Sankranti. The flavour is nutty, floral and sweet characteristic of its ingredients.Although the ingredients are surprising but the technique is still traditional. Garbanzo Berries Breakfast Bowl Recipe: This recipe is a delicious blend of roasted garbanzo flour, maple syrup, strawberries, bananas and goji for the perfect, healthy breakfast bowl. This power packed breakfast recipe screams nutrition as it is an excellent coolant and wholesome in its appeal.
Ingredients
  • A handful of Goji berries
  • A handful of mixed berries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup/Honey
  • 1/2 cup of roasted garbanzo flour
  • 1 cup of water
Instructions
  1. Mix the garbanzo flour with water and maple syrup and make it into a thick paste.
  2. Top it with Mixed berries, sliced banana and goji for that extra punch.
