Hi, I’m Roy.
I now live in England with my husband and daughter. A place where table manners are of utmost importance.
I prefer living in a suitcase and lonely planet and trip-adviser are my second best friends.
I suffer from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) for cleanliness.
I pray no beggar comes to my notice cause i cant help but offer alms.
I don’t have a television but I am up-to date with the latest gossip.
I love the food which i detested as a kid cause I have no one to cook it for me anymore.
My milk should have no coagulated cream floating on it and the last bit always goes to my basil plant or sink.
My favorite words are “Gargantuan Appetite” probably because i am always hungry.
I consider my self a half-doctor.
BTW unfortunately I am a software professional who after years of hopeless coding happened to stumble over the beauty of writing.
Why this blog?????
I am a small townie whose eyes went from dim to bright and brightest in this big bad world.I have named this blog “Heuristic Kitchens” which paints my journey of discovering new cuisines and experiences with food.Food is sometimes a filler other times a healer and what not but it never ceases to amaze me.So i started this blog with the hope of “Pen is always mightier than the sword but less mightier than a hungry stomach”.All crimes in the world happen i believe is due to Homo sapiens in-satiated hunger for power, lust and money.
“I am more modest now, but I still think that one of the pleasantest of all emotions is to know that I, I with my brain and my hands, have nourished my beloved few, that I have concocted a stew or a story, a rarity or a plain dish, to sustain them truly against the hungers of the world.”
― M.F.K. Fisher
And besides that:
Please do leave me a comment if by a tinniest bit I tickled your funny bone, left foot or your palate salivate.

To my dearest teacher,
Who inspired me to become an IT engineer way back in school. It is difficult to see you as my Friend’s Mom but rather as a teacher. This is a completely new arena but still a lot of HTML/CSS/HTML 5 coding for customization involved.Thank you for your blessing Mam!

Roy
