This recipe has been our midnight favourite for the last decade and it’s time to publish it. Trust me it’s the best accompaniment to pig out with your Netflix chill. Here is a bit of trivia about Frank’s® RedHot® which was the secret ingredient used in the original recipe created in Buffalo, N.Y. in 1964. I have created this easy recipe video for Classic Buffalo wings.

Easy Classic Buffalo Wings: This recipe has been our midnight favourite for the last decade and it’s time to publish it.Use your favourite wing sauce and you are ready to chill.
Ingredients
- Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings
- Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (Frank’s)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- Brown sugar, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parsley or coriander, to sprinkle
Instructions
- Marinate the wings in ginger garlic paste and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Then line the baking sheet with baking paper and arrange the wings on top of the sheet and sprinkle salt and pepper. I would say Frank’s Buffalo sauce has ample amount of salt so adjust according to your taste.
- Now grill the wings on both the sides. With 10 minutes on each side. Then extra 5 minutes on high with top heat for the wings side. This makes the skin crispy.
- Now heat the skillet and add the butter and add Brown sugar. This gives that classy glaze on the wings and also balances the heat. I don’t like it sweet so 1 tsp for me is enough.
- Then add the Frank’s hot sauce or any other hot sauce of your choice.
- Finally toss the wings in the sauce coating the wings in enough sauce and serve immediately.
- Sprinkle some fresh coriander and enjoy!!
