“You don’t make a photograph just with a camera. You bring to the act of photography all the pictures you have seen, the books you have read, the music you have heard, the people you have loved.”
― Ansel Adams
For me clicking a photograph is reflection of ones personality. It is a mirror of your style. You cannot copy someones imagery exactly nor can you copy someones style. In the journey of seeing learning and delivering you are carving your own style. I am glad that I am getting a chance to host the DMBLGIT event which was revived by Neel last year. The idea behind the whole event is providing recognition to bloggers with a penchant for photography. Encourage their art and inspire others to do so in the process. It is a very healthy competition.
To know more about its history you can see the details on this website. I am assured of the outcome so please get the ball rolling. I am hungry for your delicious, lip smacking pictures of food clicked by you. I have taken great efforts in lining up great professionally successful photographers and stylist as judges for this event. So that they can get their technical expertise to this panel.
We’ve got just a few days to go to the deadline – Feb 20th at midnight C.S.T (Chicago Time). The rules once again. quite simple and straightforward. Ping me in case of any double, or if you need anything else.

Meet our Judges:
I have always believed that a judge should be fair and qualified to judge a competition. I have taken immense care to appoint the judges and I am really thankful to them.
What is it that makes us trust our judges? Their independence in office and manner of appointment.- John Marshall
